I have young brother on in beta mode as one would say, just checking to see if he lickes it, and he has never really been that tech savy, he likes computers fine, just not enough knowledge to not put a magnet next to hardrive

If you put a magnet too close to a harddrive (excluding SSDs), it can finish it off for good, with no chance to get any data back.

Why not SSDs?
If the magnetic flux density with flows through the printed circuit board is high a enough, (the time derivative of the field - a static field will do nothing)
the inducted current in the conductor tracks can be high enough to burn them which will make the disk drive useless.

niko... thats just bullshit, why would anyone know that deleting sys32 file will do anything besides help them if someone says so. You have to remember that not everyone are like you

Because, numbnut, ever since windows XP I'm pretty damn sure the System32 folder is hidden and if you are going to take the word of random internet people that deleting a hidden folder is a good idea, then they deserve it.

Hell, when you enter the hidden "system" folder, it even gives you a warning not to fuck with the files there.
