I cba with screenshots so here's a ye olde one for you to try in text format rather than pretty pictures:

Doctrine:

Blitzkrieg, Joint Ops, Overwhelm T2 (Top T2)

Unlocks:

German Engineering, Precision Strike, Stuka recon, Smoke canisters.

Resource point:

Sit on a munitions point.

Company composition:

ALL Volks are to have a Panzerfaust. ALL StuG's are to be fully upgraded with MG/Skirts/Both reps/Smokes

Core tab - 2x StuG/2x Volks (Has to be 2 seperate call-ins, Joint Ops will allow you to start with enough pop to field this but the launcher limits to 25 pop call-in's maximum)

Assault tab - 2x Volks in every available slot (That'll be 16 Volks in total)

Infantry tab - 2x Volks in two slots (4 Volks total), 1x MG in two slots with no medkit (2 MG's total)

Vehicle tab - 1x StuG in 6 slots (6 StuG's total)

AT tab - 1x Pak in two slots, again with no medkit (2 Pak's total)

Support tab - If you have a couple of munitions left over, grab a minesweeper or two.

Final company layout should be the following:

8x StuG
22x Volksgrenadiers
2x MG
2x Pak38
However many Minesweepers you had spare muni for.

You can either try this company out blind, or you can have some instruction in it's use. Either way, welcome to Volkssturm.

1  2 Up-gunned hotch
 
3  almost all of the Pgrens have Magnetic nades

4  Upper row is up-gunned Lower is non up-gunned

5  2 squads of Double zreck, 2 squads of single zreck

How its normally in my company in loadout, Some minor changes to previous upload.
In this i am On a Warmap Muni sector.

This works with both APCR rounds and Spare parts, keep in mind tough that the 20mm hotch isn't affected by APCR rounds so i most of the time change them out for 50mm.


This is a game using a closely similar company.

My preferred doctrine:
Tank Destroyers

Spare Parts, Stalingrad Vets

Core: Mortar HT, Marder, tons of PGrens and Tb squads, most with teller mines

Inf Tab: More PGrens and TB squads, also most have teller mines

Anti-Tank: Jagd usually for Pershings, Churchills, mass Sherman spam, etc, Marder and a 50mm HT, and a Muni HT for more teller mine shenanigans.

Support: Ketten for scouting and mines, and dual Schwimm party for anti Sniper

Tend to let the mines do most of the anti tank which typically ends in a field of burning allied tanks,then the Jagd kills off any heavies and the Marders kill any M10/M18 lolcharges.The infantry fights close to buildings to get the nice buff from buildings which surprisingly holds off Rangers on the occasion.

Well if you are gonna do a teller comp then go with atleast 4-5 Pgren squads with AT nades, it can be quite usefull at times to put them in heavy cover or close to a trench where infantry troll about and drop one on it when a infantry squad is close or nearby.
just keep in mind that you cant drop it exactly ontop of it but it will most likely still kill it.

I did it in this game but he didnt catch it.

other than that teller mine companys are over played and under effective unless you are against an idiot.

I'll be nice and give you a couple of hints for using the Volkssturm efficiently:

Recrew EVERYTHING. The most your gonna lose out on is a 40 munitions Panzerfaust, which you've got another 20 of in reserve anyhow. Their weapons are your weapons - You should only be using your own 2 MG's and 2 Pak's if the shit has seriously hit the fan and there is nothing to pick up.

ALWAYS have a StuG in field. Joint Ops allows for a 60 second recharge on Keep it moving which lasts for 30 seconds. This allows for extremely high mobility and even allows you to pull your teammates ass out of the fire, especially friendly Snipers (Decloak and sprint using KIM). Two StuG's in field allows constant sprinting.

Don't be afraid to Faust anything and everything you see if the opportunity arises. Decrewed weapon which won't help you? Faust it. LV passing you by? Faust it. You get the idea. This will make people as wary of your Volks as they would Riflemen Stickies once they know Fausts are everywhere, this then allows your StuG's to work at their best so long as you keep a Volk squad hovering around - At range.

Your StuG's are your mainline AT, not your Volks. The Volks are there as a deterrent or a backup AT option (Having 3-5 squads bulked up can nuke anything short of heavy armour, IF you can lure them into range... Damaged/destroyed engine targets are particularly juicy).

Finally, make use of that smoke which will be sitting on every StuG. You'll never fear an MG again when you can smoke and sprint onto the flank of any MG at will, even better the smoke is instant deployment so you don't even have to stick around with the StuG.

There's a lot more to using a Volkssturm company, but that's a good bulk of basics for you.

I haven't seen tym play at all, but I've been having A BLAST with my new infantry company, it's so loltastic.

Top/mid T3
All top unlocks and stacking shells

Have at least 20x rifles with first aid, smoke grenade, pineapple.
You can have 4x M18s and 1xM10
3x atgs
2x engs with FA, Triage, flames, mines

Put yourself on a munition point, don't spend any munitions on AP rounds for atgs. Use all left over munitions to either get BARs or grease guns, I prefer GGs because I can put them on more guys. As men reach vet 2 I switch out a GG for a sticky, but if you go up against a lot of PE, get some zooks instead.

The whole point of the company is to just smoke and push, use grenades on support weapons and steal them.

The only tough thing is going up against PE and not getting any weapons to steal. As long as you heal and make the most of your FA you should be good, things to watch out for though are SE PE players, if they use a flame nade on your guys and one dies, you don't want to use FA because the guys will just stand in the fire haha.

Fill the company with exclusively armed schwimwaggens and a few AT-nade grenadiers. Literally nothing else, just schwimwaggens and those few grenadiers for capping. Charge into the enemy for the glory of the motherland, pushing enemy infantry around and blocking tanks with impunity as your ally reaps the kill with his quadruple marders. If at any point you feel the marders are not enough - call in the air support and keep moving on to glory.
