I'm not sure what it's called, but at the start of the round it usually says "the enemy is holed up here prepare for an attack" or something. I feel that the messages are not very clear, especially to new players, so I am suggesting a change to phrases like this:

Allies Attack
The Axis are holding this position, the Allies must try to dislodge them.

Axis Attack
The Allies are holding this position, the Axis must try to dislodge them.

Reinforcements
The enemy is in this sector, battalions are on their way to assist.

Meeting Engagement
Friendly battalions are moving with you to the front, get this sector before the enemy!


I'm not exactly sure how the phrases work, do axis get a different message than allies? But my point is to have what game mode it is just plainly in front of you so you instantly know what units you should bring. I'm sure with other people putting in their ideas with this we can get better wording.

Also please dont turn this into a "we should have THIS game mode" thread.

some of it is very wrong so yeah, there need to be some changes, good stuff, make it more generalized.

I think you have a good point Riki. I will pass this on to the Big dog to see how much work it is to change.

It will be a little lower on the To Do List unless it is a simple fix.

very simple fix, it's text in a file that you can access right now and change it personally for yourself that won't affect the game at all.

Heck, I can change all my Sherman's to "bob's" if i wanted to.

how would it be more confusing? i suggested to change it so say "allies attack" or "meeting engagement" then with a phrase below it.
