The moderation team is nuking them as fast as they can as they come up, but if you've noticed, they seem to be coming up at a rather fast pace lately.
I'm sure they'll figure out a way to cut them down permanently soon enough.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.

For some reason they easily get past our account registration's captcha :/
Need to ask phil and see if there's maybe some added security we can install, perhaps captcha on thread creation for new users or whatever. For now, nothing else we can do

Maybe there is a possiblity to implement a "copy paste this into that" and/or "calculate 2+3" to verify the account creatiion process. You see it on many other websites and this works very well. Captcha's can be easily cracked with a good picture-to-text software in combination with a lock-up table to check if the encrypted data could be valid espacially if you try repeat this over a lot of try you will get some hits. The most worse is when the coder of the bots figured out how the captcha creating algorithm works and/or found a bug in the embedded program in the browser. (The second thing sounds more logical for me) |

Here's the thing though, there are thousands of bots specialized around scanning the words and numbers in CAPTCHAS, but how many bots are there for this CAPTCHA? probably not as many.
