Download: http://www.gamefront.com/files/23316341/Neuville+3v3+Furious+Assault.zip

Allies:
Shabtajus - Inf
Sharp - AB
Wind - RSE

vs

Axis:
Puddin - Luft
Ray - Luft
Tank - Blitz

On the fields of Neuville, the Allies have been tasked with one mission: hold the town and its surrounding territory. They know a storm is coming and will have to pull out every trick, every trap and every tactic in the book to hold the ground no matter the bloody cost.

Assailed against them are lightning attack companies of fast-moving medium tanks following the blitzkrieg doctrine and swarms of armoured cars and assault guns. Even just minutes into the battle the allies run the risk of being forced off the field due to loss of key territory -- an omnipresent threat that never really leaves them for the entire duration of the battle. Can the airborne, infantry and royal engineer divisons weather this furious onslaught? Can their slow, less mobile but hardy defense withstand the speed and the savagery of the axis advance?

Watch and find out.

- Awesome blowout to Panzergrendiere in the early game with the demo charge
- Closed in Panzergrenadiere blobs
- At the end: "Good that tank don't know how to micro bikes" - In instant speed after that a sniper died to tank's mortar

Man. Cool game. +1

Yeah couldn't believe my luck that the 3 pgren squads all got in the church at the same time.

There was one moment where you could probably have blown up the Fallschirmjäger Scharfschütze since
he walked pass the house with the second demo charge in it. THAT would have been a awesome blow out too.

The sad thing is though the explosion radius of the sapper demo in buildings is extremely, extremely small. Sad They pretty much have to be touching the house to die if they aren't in it which is frustrating some times.

Although the other day I did kill one of Puddin's FJ snipers with a demo when it was near a house with a demo so it is possible. It's weird though because there have been times where units have been even closer than that one was and haven't taken a scratch

Does being near an opening affect it at all? Sounds to "Realism" to be true, but maybe?

Demolitions have a specific area of effect radius... Some buildings are bigger than others. Something like a Church, the explosion will barely make it to the front door (But still big enough to paste anything in the garrison slots). Some of the smaller buildings can command a respectable aura of death around it relative to the building size though.

Commando buffed demolitions are pretty epic for killing distance mind you.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Did you guys fix the +3 range to the short distance instead of the long?

They really should change it to +0.5 close +1 mid and +1.5 long, would make it quite entertaining as now they can barely kill falls reliably.

Ever seen those 3 man buildings which look like souped up porta-loo's or little sheds? Notable example would be on the southern main entrance to Neuville, or on the Western flank.

Assuming they allow for demolition placement, I'd bet they'd make pretty nifty traps to catch nearby units, even with standard demolitions...
