I feel like if Smokaz and Shab met up it would be a 50/50 tossup to see which one of them robbed the other first.

You might need to update launcher if you haven't done it yet.

I watched the replay, and I'm going to have to disagree.

I saw this comment before I watched it so I thought I'd keep an eye out.

You spent the better part of the game attempting to engage RR's with your Tiger (Generally bad idea 75% pen and the RR's spent most their time chilling in heavy cover, the rest of your company can deal with RR's/ATG's) as well as doing stuff like sitting in front of ATG's, thinking a 5% Tiger will take on an upgunned Sherman (Hi there 40-50% pen chance) and rolling your first Tiger into a mine then thinking it can still fight for a bit, lol.

Not only that, the amount of times I saw you trying to shoot infantry in heavy cover was cringe-worthy. Especially at long range. 54% chance to hit a target at long range, 50% less accuracy and 50% less incoming damage for the heavy cover. Bad times.

The Tiger gets a lot of bad rep but I'm wondering if it's the Tiger, or the users.

Though as much as I say that, Heartmann's Elephant took the biscuit for me. Why on earth would you rush it into 2 squads of RR's, an ATG to the face and a tank on the flank? o.O

Tiger criticism aside, the replay was pretty good.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Part of the issue I've seen from my time playing with it is that it's a heavy tank that can't take the damage a King Tiger can or maneuver into a good spot like a P4 can. It's a pain in the ass to get into any king of position to allow it to do well, and even when you do it's a toss up if you'll actually be able to accomplish anything with that positioning. Every penetrating shot from an ATG is felt and anything with the ability to kite the tiger is allowed to do so without any real fear of being caught.

Tigers and Pershings both live and breath on two things:

Scouting and support. These are critical. You can get away with less of these with Shermans and PzIV's due to the fact you've potentially got another 4 of them in reserve if things go tits up, and a single Sherman/PzIV can last you half the game if micro'd correctly. KT's and JP's can take a massive beating due to high armour/high health combinations so you can confidently probe with them, and Shermans/PzIV's are plentiful enough to not feel the burn if you take a hit. Tigers and Pershings though are unique in that they are the middle ground resulting in them having a much higher reliance on scouting and support.

For both the Pershing and Tiger their strategy relies on the removal of long ranged AT and high pen HHAT. Removal of these assets results in either tank literally mopping up the field. You've got the occasional exception but this is the general rule. The Pershing and Tiger CAN assist in removing those assets, but they will not excel and cannot roll up and dish the damage unless you are dealing with only a single LR-AT or HP-HHAT.

As sturdy as either tank looks they take an extremely deft hand to use efficiently with little margin for error. However, like Snipers, when used with a deft hand they WILL deal very large amounts of damage.

Also, part of the Tiger's manoeuvrability will be addressed with the next patch (It has some horrific cover movement modifiers for what seems like absolutely no reason whatsoever, and it'll be brought into line with every other tank in the game) as well as changes to the repair kits (kits currently heal 600 HP for both units, which isn't enough, it'll be 750 for the Pershing and 900 for the Tiger so you can health 75% of each tank's health instead of 50% allowing for more field presence) and a minor buff to accuracy.
