On top of that, afaik most internet traffic is at one point or the other routed through the US even if the communication is between two different countries (or even within the same country). But surely you agree that the statement that the internet is a CIA project and continues to be one is tinfoil level nuttery?

this has alot to do with then pioneering the technology, and also losing billions in revenue due to piracy. I do hope this Ukraine crisis resolves itself alot more peaceful then say Bosnia. |

When the Soviet Union broke up the west envisioned the end of the road for human rights, diplomatic fairness and economic justice all of which are an antitheses to capitalism. Capitalism cannot exist with human rights or economic justice. When the reality of 70 years of socialism's impact on the psyche of the Russian people sank into the heads of the western oligarchy and so called reforms did not materialize fast enough or not at all, Russia became an enemy by not surrendering the country for the exploitation of western muti-national corporations and retained state run enterprises. So now the west has decided to take Russia by any means at their disposal by military force or economic isolation or a combination of both using Hitlers playbook of taking one country after another until Russia is within "Blitzkrieg" range. Ukraine is the last part of the puzzle as it was then. It is sad to say but in the course of human events Russia is once again called to stand up and lead the fight against the new fascist threat of human enslavement from the West.

There is a difference, Fox news isn't state controlled and only a minority of people (relative to total pop, Still a lot) believe in the BS they spew. I'd argue these russian outlets are the opposite from all you can tell, and that's dangerous. |
