Hi Everyone,
It seems that the venerable Hicks is stepping down as Balance Lead in this most turbulent and exciting of times, and as such the balance scene is left to fend for itself. It may be that Salan will be taking over designing new doctrines up from scratch - and that would great - but we all know that this may take a while and it seems wrong to drop the ball on balance at this point in time. I probably do not need to mention that if we have Salan trying to balance things interim that this will only delay the implementation of the new doctrines - something we of little patience can hardly endure.
I have finished university a while back now, and have gotten some stability with my new job. I've got my evenings to myself and would not be against doing some number crunching and creative thinking in my free time. As such I have decided I'd be willing to have a swing at balance yet again after my long hiatus, and am offering up my candidacy for the position of Balance Lead.
Please share your thoughts on whether you would like this or not - some of you may love the idea, some of you might hate it. But it's out there, and EiRRMod willing I'd be happy to do it for a while again.

For the record, yes I have stepped down from Balance Lead, and yes I do endorse Mysthalin taking my place.
He can poke fun with his posts but there's two things that I'd be certain of if he did take my old job:
1. Shit would get balanced.
2. Shit would get whacky.
The best part is that both points would apply, not one or the other.
