General
- Repair Kits have been removed from all vehicles
- All factions have gained a repair squad
- New engineer repair system has been implemented
     a.) These new repair units will be able to buy repair upgrades in launcher
     b.) In game, these kits can be activated. They will remain activated for 100 seconds and you may use that time to repair one vehicle or multiple vehicles.
     c.) While repairing, these repair units incur a 3x received damage modifier
     d.) They will repair at a rate of 4hp/s
     e.) If the unit dies, all repairs that have been purchased for it are lost. They are not in a global pool nor are they transferable.
- LV overhaul implemented.*** (See bottom of post for overview)


American
- Marines have had their modified garands replaced with a clone of the tommy enfield.
- The GMC will be made a non-doctrinal unit for the US.
- The base sticky bomb range has been increased by 5m. The bonus for riflemen at vet 2 has been reduced by 5m.
- The M3 halftrack .50 cal should be functional once again.
- M8 Greyhound reworked into US AI LV. (Fuel raised to 140)
- Chaffee reworked and added in as US AT LV. (Fuel raised to 160)
- T17 reworked as a heavy AI LV.


Commonwealth
- The Cromwell Command Tank has had its sight range bonuses reduced from 5m to 2.5m.
- Scottish infantry now replace Tommies in RSE
- Staghound reworked into CW AI LV. (Fuel raised to 140)
- Stuart reworked into CW AT LV. (Fuel raised to 160)


Wehrmacht
- Puma 20mm reworked into WM AI LV. (Fuel raised to 140, pop raised to 8 )
- Puma 50mm reworked into WM AT LV. (Fuel raised to 160)


Panzer Elite
- Armoured Car reworked into PE AI LV. (Fuel raised to 140. pop raised to 8 )
- Hotchkiss Upgun reworked into PE AT LV. (Fuel raised to 160)
- Standard Hotchkiss remains unchanged as a PE specific jack-of-all-trades LV.
- Hotchkiss Stuka maingun disabled.
- Scout car has the following changes:
     Manpower from 180 to 240
     Fuel from 20 to 60
     Pop from 3 to 5
     Health set at 350


*** As a general design LV's are now specialist vehicles, all factions have an AI specific and AT specific LV which are now more costly (and a little more durable) than they used to be. Performance has also been tweaked to ensure LV's are worth their investment. As a general note, AI LV's will no longer be able to penetrate anything larger than a Halftrack (0.2 pen vs anything larger) and AT LV's will not be able to hit infantry to save their lives (0.1 acc). AT LV's will reliably hunt LV's and support vs anything larger. A lot has been changed in penetration, reload speed, damage, health, etc. Try them, remember that they are functionally quite different from how they used to be and give feedback.

Also, as requested, post up as many replays as possible, or PM them along to Tachibana - Good, bad, meh replays. Any possible.

Launcher specific elements, in this patch it'd be the removal of repairs from vehicles and new unit additions. Pretty sure the GMC and repair units are in at this point though.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.

Yep, saw Rolling with the GMC last night so they seem to be work.

Question, would the Stummel be coming for PE as an non-doc unit as well?

These are some pretty big changes to the core system of EiR, so I'd like to request that everybody who plays a game to please submit replays for us to review and see how things are going. It does not matter if it was a close game or a stomp, boring or entertaining. In fact, the stomps are probably the ones we are most interested in seeing.

Feel free to pm the replays if you dont think they have public merit.

Should it not be rather Howi instead of GMC? I mean GMC is not artillery in CoH, it's much more like StuH. Also comparing GMC to Stuka is plain wrong to me. Also, stuka on hotchkiss is shit.

We considered giving the US a straight up artillery option, and decided instead to give them something else that could fulfil the same purpose - the removal of support elements and blobs.

Scottish inf is just a reskin/remodel/retexture. Statistically identical to Tommies, just different flavour.

Also, stuka on hotchkiss is shit.
