Simple balance idea to the shitty axis nades.

In real the german nade could be threw around 2.5x far then an american nade. So i suggest make a balance: german nade is shit, but it will have more throw range, American nade is deadly but u can't throw it so far away

I don't think things like this should ever be changed. Adjust the price if something isn;t right in EIR but don't change the vCoH values IMO.

The range isn't negligible, I notice it when I play axis. But tbh have you every had a moment where you were like ""I need a nade"? I mean you have all of the other better weapons, the only usefulness that the nade would serve would be guys in building (more likely to get mortared out) or trenches.

Em, guys, has any one noticed the Allied grenade is like a nuclear pineapple? The extra range does NOT compensate it at the moment. It needs more.

The extra damage on a 30 cal doesn't make up for the mg42s suppression. The sides never have been and never will be mirror balanced.

'Tis a lie! See, American Nades can be thrown like a baseball, so when the Army drafted MLB players, they not only sent it farther, but they usually killed the guy with the impact of the nade to the face.
On a more serious note, german nades do have more range, Assault Nades have such more range its fucking ridiculous, and stop trying to balance two certain units together, it wont work, you balance factions, NOT units.

LOL at days of war. But I think things are fine, maybe a price decrease. I have to agree with the "i need a nade" as axis. With everything else being better then allies I think it's pretty fine.

just go blitzkrieg and spam t3 assault, you can actually throw 16 nades to hunt down a hmg with a single squad and it's only 60 mu! there are some replays that show how to use those nades in the replay section.
Since .30 suppression sucks you can easily manage this action.

Well basicly:
Axis Grenade is concussive(I might have spelled wrong)
Allied Grenade is Fragmentation
Fragmention sends heaps of metal flying everywhichway and is able to pierce you skin up to I believe 15m or maybe it was 10m.
Concussion just sends concussive shock waves to make ripples in your internal organs and muscles. So concussive grenades can actually blow up right by your head, and you have a chance to be well alive. It depends on how your body takes the shock waves. It also didn't have as big a lethal range (5-10m) but was cheaper to make.
I think the pineapple could be thrown 25-30m by an average joe with his equipment on, and the stick could be thrown 30m-50m by an average joe. I probably have the meter part wrong, but you could fling the stick grenade about twice as far.

You know that in 1942, they started to make available a thing called Splittering, which was basically a sleeve of sheet metal, that went over the head of the German grenade to make it a more dangerous weapon.

Yes, axis grenades need a damage buff. Or throw 2 or something.
they're always inaccurate at long range so range is pointless.

Increase price then, I hardly ever see them used and I think the reason why is that the alternatives to nade situations are vastly superior. I would much rather have a reusable lmg then nades any day.

Actually american nades cant be thrown like a baseball..you have to learn a new throwing method (throwing pinapples overhand base ball style resulted in to much friendly fire dropping nades) they are thrown almost underhand in like a sidways throw.
