the only alternative to nades would be assault nades for axis, btw dont get them on KCHs, get them as an blitz player and on volks, they throw 10 nades  Shocked

Funny thing is that the axis nades suck so bad that you need 8 or more to decrew a hmg ffs....

Or you could just walk right by it and kill it, or if it's in a house just run up right next to it and begin shooting. Takes like 3 bursts to suppress anything.

It takes 2 bursts, and it deals very good damage. But please, feel free to rush my HMG position. Remeber Axis, .30 cal's do not fire bullets, they fire gold dust, you must rush toward them since they can't hurt you in any way.

I know the .30cal does more dammage but I've had countless games where I set up an hmg, vetted troops run by it kill it and then go on to kill my infantry. When I steal an HMG42 however I know that anything that walks into it will get suppressed in the first burst causing them to take dammage, get pinned or have to crawl away/retreat.

t3 + allys can do the same thing with a single nuclear nade all the time and they dont lose there whole squad because the hmg does not die. Noob.

Assault will kill an HMG over an allied grenade. Assault throws grenades at all the people in the house, not just the gunner. More of a chance to kill the HMG.

Didn't we at some point show that the HMG does more damage in Medium and Close range? Not to mention to get to the MG42 without getting supressed they'll fire up, putting them most likely in regular or negative cover to get there, killing most of the squad. Then the nade throws and oh no, one of the bastards was in the back of the house, and the HMG isn't dead. Simple, aye?

Same applys for the Axis inf, but you actually need a direct line on the building to throw the nade. No lobbing over headgrow´s, assault nades have to be "fired" like bullets it seems.

The best is when 2 airborne squads throw grenades in a building and they go underneath it and do no damage. With assault you target a squad, not an area.

See i can pull shit out of my arsh, too.

With nor. nades you can either target the ground or the squad duh. You cant "lead" assault nades ahead to hit a moveing enemy. They will utterly fail vs players with decent Micro.

Dude, I was saying normal nades bug out while assault nades don't. I'd love to be able to use only one squad to kill an HMG for only what, 60 MU?

Not only that, but a rifle squad getting into nade range on the HMG when they get suppressed by them by being in the general area of the firing...

I know everyone says Axis nades are weak but....wow today I got a nuclear one and I took an entire Ranger squad out with a single nade...it was awesome.

Allies nades are rly nuclear. Today one nade killed 4 my vet 3 volks (last one had close to 0 hp and they finnished him off)
