sadly much of the PE tactics rests on TB, which makes it difficult, it is highly powerful, but necessary

AT grenades are useless without it
Marders are useless against Americans without it
Shrecks are only 1 per squad, so they're pretty crap without it.

All of the PE AT rests on it like a house of cards lol.

Whenever anyone mentions all of pe anti-tank they always seem to forget panthers. (not to mention that tank hunters get 2xschrecks, teller mines jagdpanthers and hetzers and luftwaffe get flaks.)

The tank hunter doctrine doesn't have many problems against tanks, that's true, but it's one of three. The others do have issues against tanks, 88's are expensive and immobile, so as a result they aren't highly effective in many battles.

Also why don't my luftwaffle infantry build sandbags yet? Sad

and fyi, jagpanthers are so overpriced and such a high amt of fuel currently that they aren't worth their cost

panthers also chew up too much fuel, considering that all PE AT is fuel dependant

uhh....all heavy tanks take a lot of fuel.  You make ur choice, lots of armor, or put it in 1-3 heavies

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Yes, but it isn't overly cost effective in PE because of the structure of their army unfortunately, it rarely will make back it's 590 fuel cost. That's 3 Marders worth of AT, or a single Panther...

I really dont see what the fuss is about PE AT. The marder has awesome range and is the most mobile AT piece in the game. A sherman has a harder time circle strafing a marder than it does a pak or a p4 does a 57 mm and the PE usually have a few units on the field which can block. Failing that 1 tank buster squad will put an end to a circle strafing sherman just like 1 schreck or a sticky squad would have in EIR.

complaining about PE AT is laughable.

Wait wait, are the allies whining because the axis have a unit that is fairly expensive, that is delicate and does the same thing stickies do but from a longer range, but not through hedges, walls, buildings, etc; and its easy to spot unlike stickies?

Seriously? You are whining about getting your tanks immobilized or engine destroyed after years of saying stickies need to cost less?

played a game last night with salan and others, we did fine, had some shermans out, i found myself more worried about 2 or 3 ATHT than the marders and panthers on the field..

that should say something of its usefulness.. long range front shots knocking a sherm down by 20 per health?  i suppose treadbreaker is ok, but a 37mm penetrating a sherm is kinda goofy.

lol have you even played EIR:R yet? Treabreaker + mortar is ridiculous atm. Its not fun and its not balanced.

Its been pointed out already that the treadbreaker is much more effective at immobilising tanks and you say 'with better range' as if thats nothing.

I know an ability is fucked up when i feel bad using it.
