As quoted from EIRR himself, there is another reset planned in 6-8 weeks after all doctrines trinkle in, so it's all right to play and not worry about everything being wiped again in a week or so okay, thats what i was curious about cuz i'd like to play with one of the other docs, build up my pp's and then use 'em when the docs come in, so thats awesome. Not really a fan of armor or defense anymore.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.
That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.
Why don't you collect up your love beads and potpourri and find something constructive to do.

What?
An 'offmap' is not necessarily artillery. Off map really wasn't the best wording for it, 'battle advantage 1 2 & 3' would've probably been better.
The wording is irrelevant

That's not even how most doctrines turned out. That's just the draft.

Off-maps aren't very cost effective if you're going to use them to counter support spam

Yes and no. They will be enabled soon - but until then, yes. You will however, be able to go on a spending spree when they get implemented.

Will offmaps still keep the "spread" from before? So that they are not 100% accurate?

That spread was stupid imo, sometimes it would make your offmap a complete waste, especially precision strikes.
Youve already paid PP for the doc ability and SP to by uses, it should just be normal.

We'll be re-evaluating the 'spread' on offmap artillery. And note that overall, there will be less artillery offmaps available than before.

I'm still wondering what the "Riflemen, engineers +15% accuracy (Vehicles 35m Radius)" means, as well as the similar wording on Tank Command. Does it mean (CII) the rifles/engis get increased accuracy if there's a vehicle nearby, and (TC) tanks/TDs get 20% accuracy if there's infantry around?
