Those were vet 3 AB support teams, normal support teams would be inta-gibbed.
AB weapon crew have 27% more hp, and vet 3 gives them a bunch of defensive bonuses on top of that.

IMO all axis offmaps should be nerfed. Its way too good that axis have sub par infantry, sub par armor, and sub par on map artillery. I mean, allied players just have so much trouble keeping their infantry blobs alive when any axis off maps exist. Honestly, only allied off maps, like the strafing run, should be able to insta kill squads with no off map warning.
I mean, axis' only real advantage over allies is their strong support weapons. What is the counter to that? Off map artillery of course ! and its ridiculous that axis should ever be expected to counter allied support spam, or even allied infantry blobs!
Think of the children!

Precision strike doesnt instagib support weapons. i always see two guys left alive at low health. they will then die from the fire.
Mod edit: play nice.

The design behind precision strike has always been "Take out support weapon to create an opening for an assault", ne? (Well, it can also be used against howis and such.) Seems it's doing its job quite well atm. I haven't faced any myself, I think, so I'm wondering: If it hits, say, a vet 2 regular ATG crew, will you have a chance of retreating them with quick reflexes? Or is it a guaranteed loss of vet?

The whole point behind the burn is so it can't be used as an anti-vet 3 weapon.

Of course it's effective against any squad that just sits there on fire. Yes it's effective, but it seems no different to me than any other offmap or that incendiary mortar round or what have you. Basically offmaps are hard to avoid. I just had a vet staghound get sniped by a V1. You have no idea where to move to. Of course I dislike any weapon that is unavoidable, but the allies have plenty. There's no need to whine about Blitz's only tangible ability. Sure it has speed and attack buffs, but ATG spam practically negates those buffs.

If axis want to spend a T2 on precision strike, then it should stay as powerful as it currently is. At its best, it'll destroy a support weapon or do moderate damage to a tank. Hell, compare this to an Allied t2, strafe, which will almost always force 2 or 3 axis inf squads to retreat when used properly
^ If strafes can gib v3 nebel crews, then Precision strike should be just as powerful. I'm sure Legend would agree with this

The only change I would like to see is the audio cue switched from the normal flyby to a
Stuka siren
. A while ago I was pushing for the switch to an airplane bomb, but I was hoping for a new audio cue. Because there's no smoke, it would be helpful (and way more badass) to hear a distinguishing sound in case it's a blitz v AB fight and friends aren't sure who's calling it in.
By the way, if anyone knows if it can be easily implemented, I'll wrangle up a good .mp3 to work with.

If were making equals, then when are emplacements going to be even close to an 88, and not just a running joke

No, it just eats up 150 munitions pointlessly - 175 If you get HVAP rounds for it.
An 88 is a good investment of resources, what it takes up is taken up well. The 17 pounder is a blatant waste. You'll damage a tank *Once* assuming your not spotted by something else before your lucky enough to spot a tank in it's less than awe inspiring range. Once it's position is known, it simple to avoid due to it's range, and easy to take out due to it's fragility.
An 88 will blatantly destroy a tank that it catches in it's range unless it's on the edge of it or you can get behind a shot blocker before it gets more than a round or two off. It can also snipe infantry, it can lock off an entire section of the map from armoured attack, it can be recrewed time and time again... The list goes on.
And yes, it's a 17 pounder not a 16 pounder btw.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
