The reason shreks aim 5 seconds before they shoot is because you have this ridiculous bias where the faction you play is always underpowered.  Before it was Brits, now it's wehr.

I dunno what game you're playing, but in my coh shreks and zooks aim in 0.35 seconds.

Basically, its people that can't figure out how to counter it whining.

Leo, 2 tanks should destroy 2 schreck squads, the tanks cost more.

1 M10 is hardly a threat unless you are suppressed or don't have your units spaced out, stop blobbing.

nvm about aim time. i didnt even come up with that.

and yeah, 2 tanks should defeat 2 schrecksquads. but not with the schrecks doing no dmg at all.
schrecks should be able to shoot multiple times because:
A P4 needs 6 shots to kill a Ranger/AB squad. A Sherman/Crom needs 8 to kill a Storm squad(due to higher base health of stormtroopers allowing them to survive tank shots)

I don't need to watch silly videos (which show a one-off event, and thusly are more or less so worthless) to determine that the shrek's average damage output is more than 0.

I watched both videos - I don't even know why, and what i've noticed was just a bunch of lies.

1st vid - no, something ELSE had your stormies decloaked - the M10 was sitting right there by the HMG - and the storms were suppressed long before the M10 ran in to crush.
And no, you didn't lose 3 out of 4 guys instantly. In fact - it took the M10 8 seconds to crush the 3rd guy after it had crushed the 1st two. That means you had enough time to fire 2 volleys with your panzershreks and easily kill the M10 - it's just that you decided to keep trying to crawl away from a tank that has more than twice the speed of your infantry does. Player Error.

2nd vid - no, you did NOT stop instantly once you saw the cromwells. They were literally on top of you once your storms decided to stop. Player error yet again.

Hydro, if you remove the crush on the M10 we remove the crush on every other tank that you have. You decide.

Ok then, let's have it fair. Get the stug and p4 match the m10 speed. In less than  30 mins, you'll see whine on this forum about crush on axis side. And to the one that said : "Let's crush when buttoned" .... Well I dunno for you, but when I button a tank I usually get an at on it. Ofc, if the players is stupid enough to move TOWARD the bren and atg squad, well it's up to you....  

And to the one that said he crushed airborne/rangers with a stug... Well, did you ever saw fireup? Not to mention you allow the guys to have a very-well placed backshot by closing in.

And just to mention how m10 speed can be abused...

Let's give a quick example: You have 1 shreck squad and 2 mp44, cause he had lots of inf lately, so you dont especially worry about tanks. Then a m10 pops up, get 1 shot from shreck (if not missed) hurry to the green cover guys, crush them, turn around the mp44 (that are already running away and couldve escaped a sherman or any lower speed tank), crush them both, and hurry the fuck out before you can send anything on him (50mm, another shreck, marder, etc.) due to long reinforcment time.

It was intended to be like it back in vcoh where you could easily retreat any infantry to hq, therefor avoiding crush. In eirr, you do NOT have a choice; either you try to run and get crushed due to m10 speed, either you retreat and lose the squad. And as I said, I have seen a m10 with 18 infantry kills. I sadly didnt have the replay at hand. Removing tank crush from m10 woudln't even nerf the unit, except if someone decided to abused the tank crush. And, unless you're spamming volks, stopping a tank or light vehicle can be quite hard and easily avoided.

if you drive your tank trough your own riflesquad the tank wont stop. the riflesquad will get out of the way.

False.  That is only because you're not microing your riflemen to stop the tank.  If you want to, you could micro the rifles to body block your own or your ally's tank. Or your enemy's light vehicle(like a puma).

Stug and p4 has armor.  I wouldn't mind them having M10 speed if they had M10 armor and an utter inability to hit infantry at all and no MG upgrade. Roll Eyes

Spoken like someone who has never used a stug to crush.  Fire up makes it easier to crush because it turns off their collision avoidance, ending with all the rangers/AB running into your treads.
