How about no? Seriously, make a better point for your cases. Right now your entire thread can be summed up into :

"I think mandos are worse than Tommies and should therefore either have BARs or more health".

Without any sort of proof or persuasion used.

well ok look the commandos are the same price as rangers,but rangers have more health and better weapons and get a tier 4 that acutal supports the actual unit the commandos just get a 10 % more health that about it

My argument:

Commandos cost a luxury in MP and Pool for a decisively standard style unit.

Other units can fill it's roll and other roles too for a much more cost efficiency than Commandos

Commandos are high quality mainline infantry with rifles, assault infantry with stens. Commandos fail at being high quality mainline infantry due to their cost restrictions, and poor performance against other un-upgraded mainline infantry.

Commandos fail at being good quality assault infantry due to their reliance upon smoke and grenades... Smoke is a one trick pony, and grenades add to the cost of an already munition heavy unit.

But Sten Commandos can wait for another argument, lets focus on Rifle Commandos.

Rifle Commandos are to be used for the same jobs as other mainline infantry, and for the added bonus of being able to assault a position and drop a grenade via use of smoke. Such a tactic is costly, and will result in heavy squad losses unless the enemy support weapon is, ironically, unsupported. A mortar could perform the same job as the squad doing this, and if the support team you target IS unsupported... Then flanking without use of smoke would be just as efficient. But standard mainline infantry could do that too, for less MP and Pool costs.

My suggestion for improvement? Let the Commandos shoot straighter with their rifles... If your paying a premium for high quality mainline infantry, they should perform at a premium.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.

Yes, I personally agree that the rifles could definitely use a little bit of buffing - or the unit as a base a further price decrease. Elitegren's suggestion of applying the lieutenant buff to them by default(regardless if lieut is around) is a very good one.
