General
- fixed territory capture for all units.
- added missing snipers and support weapons to territory capture (recrewed weapons still don't cap)

American
- fixed operation overlord US officer aura (wasn't working at all)

Commonwealth
- fixed stuart vet 2 giving 20% more received accuracy instead of 20% more weapon accuracy
- fixed sapper flamethrowers

Wehrmacht
- fixed tiger ace
- fixed WM ambulance having 3m cloak detection
- fixed terror field modification grenades
- fixed volks propaganda tower.
- reduced propaganda tower build time by 33%
- halved mustard gas dmg
- fixed fanacism zeal not working
- fixed nebel mustard damaging fearless infantry
- mp44 scoped now has more delay between bursts, dps stays virtually unchanged:
old dps:
  | Zaxis S DPS = 13.77
  | Zaxis M DPS = 7.72
  | Zaxis L DPS = 3.56
new dps:
  | Zaxis S DPS = 13.6
  | Zaxis M DPS = 7.72
  | Zaxis L DPS = 3.57

Panzer Elite
- removed AOE from magnetic AT nades
- removed kill crit from x7 rocket at long range AOE, medium range AOE chance for kill crit changed to 0.5

Alot of people tought the same when the Dual t3 with officers and volks was going on, you could hear allies bitching in masses about how op it was that they got stomped by volk blobs and the t3 should be nerfed.  Cheesy
think they made it actually work 4-5 patches ago and then suddenly myst went away and the setup has not been seen after that.

getting no auras on operation overlord from my officer. what color should it be? i know i get a yellow glow from my sherman get yellow stars from my sherman, but im not getting anything from my officers.

I would assume it's because of the damage it can do compared to its Axis counterpart. The typical Axis squad is 4 men (5 for volks, but volks suck). Therefore each shot is more damaging to a squad overall than the axis sniper can dish out towards Allied squads (6 men rifles, 5 men tommies, etc...).

Makes sense to me.

Btw, the only thing that HVAP for 75mm's would do is make them reliable against PIV's. They'd still suck horribly against StuG's, Hetzer's, Tiger's, KT's, JP's and anything else nastier than a PIV.

Its still increase in damage as opposed to shells bouncing off doing nothing. HVAP works on m8s and t17s even and that smaller bonus increases their worth.
