Because of the way HVAP works, somebody would have to make a HVAP equivalent of the 75mm in the RGD's. While that in itself wouldn't be too difficult, it'd be time consuming to do... For the little gain involved, it's really not worth the effort involved (at the moment).
While it'd be nice to have HVAP 75mm's, I doubt they'll be on it any time soon with the other things at hand.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Giving them Hvap too will just make them 76mm Sherms without the +1 to reload time and with excellent splash.

Not really Icelandic.
76mm's are MUCH better than HVAP 75mm's.
The only time I take 75mm's at the moment is if I'm fielding HE rounds and I want those support teams *dead*.

The decision in the creation of the doctrines was that HVAP would only affect the 76mm. Making it better at what it does(and actually applying gain to something that would see more then a marginal boost)
Where as the 75mm only gets access to HE rounds.
If we start swapping 75mm's get HVAP and 76mm's get HE rounds then no one will take HVAP because the glaring weakness of the 76mm sherman is it's less effective Anti-Infantry(not bad, but less effective)

I noticed something to do with aura glow when doing the Churchill and Wehr Officer auras.
Are you spawning your tank with the troops together at the start? If so, I found that the aura doesn't appear unless you move out of range of the vehicle, and then back in.

that could be the problem, because they were spawning together. is the glow only visual? ie if i dont see the glow am i still getting the benefits?

well the advantage for HE says specifically 75mm. No one said anything about swapping. When I saw "all tanks" for HVAP i got kind of excited as i can run a 75mm sherman that can mimic a vanilla 76mm penetration plus splash, but still a 76mm will serve even a better role in anti tank role (since they both get +33%) thus making the 76mm still dominate the 75mm when it comes to that role. So 76mm never loses its usefulness.
