I recently got some ANZAC infantry... called them on late game of a win. they took some damage but did fine. Called them in again on a different game they did not do so well. I had an officer with them and another rifle gren squad. they got trolololed by two gren squads.

so how in gods name are they supposed to be used... too squish for assault and they have smgs... so long range is out. some strategies would be nice because they seem like a non-typical brit unit which hopefully will keep things interesting but as of right now confusing.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

The only issue I see with them is that they get Airborne armour which doesn't benefit their anti infantry nature as much.

Airborne armour gives you reduced incoming accuracy on the move, and gives you reduced damage to a lot of small arms.

I'd say that's pretty well suited for a unit that needs to close the distance. Once it's point blank then the DPS does the talking rather than any form of armour.

AB Armor only helps against small arms lol. you can't get any better for a close range AI squad.

Thats debatable.

Elite armor doesn't have to move to gain its acc bonus, but has vulnerabilities to a select few other weapons.

And heroic armor, admittedly takes slightly more DPS, takes half the suppression, which I think is a lot better by my preference.

played with them a bit more... it would be awesome if they were a tad sturdier since they are only a 4 man squad. they dont take damage well even on the move. but what ever they still fun.

ridiculous? they're 215-95 right now right? 4 man kch are 380-140 so if they go any higher than that it's BS and if they're equal its BS as well because 4man kch get assault, med packs and fausts, while anzacs get along with their normal gun....what?

they actually can get nades... but that makes them 120 mun (i think) but its their death sentence if you stop to throw nade so i dont get them. and i use them as close dps assault with another riflesquad and LT even then they dont come out so well.

wouldnt be against the idea if they got kch stats without the assault and medpack deal, just their grenades. would make them much more useful but you still wouldnt see many of them cause of the reward status so axis tears would only flow sometimes and like kch could be delt with pretty easily if played right.

I have to say for a reward unit, i was not impressed at all. its like a 4 man ranger squad give them another dude, or more health and raise the MP cost to like 280.
