M10 can already support infantry? It snipes and crushes.

OR give the M10 the ability to support infantry, have it able to purchase an HE round toggle.

The problem with that is it'd be treading on the Sherman's turf.

The M18 and the M10 need defined roles. At the moment both of them accomplish the same thing just in a bit of a different way for each one.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

they have defined roles!

m18 trades infantry crushing and penetration for a tank mg, long sight range and cloaking.

people tend to forget how amazing it is to repair cloaked.

For christs sake Dick stop trolling.

Smokaz, I'm aware the advantages of sight range and cloaking, both combat and non combat.

The thing is that the M18 and the M10 essentially serve the same function: Put the hurt on heavier armour (M10 with full penetration, M18 with kiting/ambushing) and to make infantry squishy.

The MG for the Hellcat isn't really all that cop tbh.

I say, lower pentration of m18, lower rof, up damage. You get maybe the same dps.

Put it at pershing levels but pre-patch pen so 137.5 dmg vs 112.5 for m-10 and change pentration back to .4 long, .55 medium, .65 short. 6 rof vs 4.2 and no damage bonuses.  (most tanks have 1.25)

So you'd bounce quite a few shots but if you do get through, it hurts. M-10 would be the more reliable takn destroyer, m-18 more dangerous. It would be like a bazooka, they dont penetrate often but if you do get hits in, they can devastate.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Hicks, thats like saying the Marder, Hetzer and Panther for PE all serve the same purpose, killing armor.

They do, but in different ways, making them different units.

So it would be worthless again? COOL!

Tym, you never want to rely on a 40% chance to Pen a P4 just to lay the hurt on, an M10 can do the same thing better....

That's like saying that a zook and RR are equal, sure the zook does more damage IF it hits and pens, but it rarely does that.

On the other hand, leave the M10 Pen as it is, lower it's damage, increase it's RoF. Could be fun =) Not a good sniper, but great for brawling.

How about buffing panzer command, or replacing it? As far as offmaps or global abilities go, this thing is seriously underpowered compared to any other t3 bottom unlock. I'd much rather have the t3 global armor unlock which kicks ass.

M10 and m18 is fine, but your IQs need a buff.

Other options, increase M10 damage, leave the rest the same, lower its turret traverse to realistic levels, maybe give it 50 range.

It would be like an allied Marder.

whats panzer command do? because i bet its just as bad as calling it in, which ive never seen anyone use, and was sorely disappointed when I used it.

Also like the m10 idea ampm.

Callin it in pwns man, it helps m10s snipe infantry, quads and vehicle/tank mgs improve a lot and all your stuff detects the sniper/storm/fsj around it (rapefest).

Calling it in is a bit of a Schizophrenic ability... It says it does one thing ingame, something else in the doctrines on launcher and I'm pretty sure it says something different on the bar where you select it once you've readied up...

The actual RGD entry says 15% more accuracy though, which isn't that impressive. If it did 33% like it said ingame, that'd be worth it tbh.

To hit infantry at long range, a Pershing has 56.25% chance as long as it aint moving. At medium range that's 75% chance.

Throw in Calling it in with 15% more accuracy, and that goes to 64.69% at long range (Little difference tbh) and 86.25% at medium.

If it had 33% like it says ingame, long would be 74.81% (Good without being horribly broken) and medium would be 99.75% (Making it dangerous to come close to a Pershing that's Calling it in)

By the way, Quad accuracy is 0.4 at medium/short and 0.2 at long. 15% aint gonna turn a quad into a rape fest... If anything, the effect would simply be psychological tbh. (0.46 for medium/short, 0.23 for long) 33% on the other hand... That'd be noticable to the tune of 0.532 (53.2%).

Quad accuracy is not incredible no, but in this case you are overlooking the sheer amount of % shots that are being improved.
