I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.

*shrug* If you wanna test it have a supervised 88 shoot the rear of a no-buff firefly twice. If it works, it'll kill the ff in the two hits (or destroyed engine/main gun/5 HP).
If it doesn't, you'll be lacking a nice 100 damage to the kill.
I can assure you it does nothing to mortar barrage mode though. That's one thing i'm certain of.

It's a distinct possibility. However, the US Officer buffs accuracy and suppression resistance if memory serves... Which is harder to notice in field than pure damage buffs.
