I guess the replay itself is missing. There is just a link for the .sga?

There's two links there.

One is the .sga which goes in your \Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\playback folder.

The other is the battle file which goes in C:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes\EuropeInRuins\Archives folder.

Both files are required to watch the replay.
