Well.... Here's my first attempt at a map.

I am kinda stumped with sectors, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Worth noting that 1 side has 3 spawns with direct access to a road while the other side has 2 spawns with direct access to a road.

It may be worth shifting the centre south spawn point to be next to the right south spawn point.

As far as sectoring, just follow the map's natural shape for the sectors and try to be at *least* 3-4 sectors wide at any point. Going any further than 5 would likely be overkill with the current map size. The sectors do not have to be totally equal size and shape as long as the amount of sectors and available territory per side is roughly equal.

Well i think u should remove all house tbh and add in the midle of the map Coliseum ask bolt he can give ya some advices about it than u could use ur dev powa and make this map added fast = win

The city is 100% my own.

I couldn't figure out how to make the airstrip, so I stamped just the landing strip part from Carpiquet. The rest of the airfield (all objects) is mine

The crashed glider area is a stamp, but I had to move the water around and redraw the field to fit my map

The fields are partial stamps from Tanteville, but again, I had to draw most of it to fit my map.

Once I figured out how the stamps were built I realized it would have been faster for me to just build them from scratch. I had to do a lot of amendments that was very time consuming.

I would say the map design is 100% mine, the art work is 75% mine.

That is what I had initially, but changed it. I know some maps with multiple spawns in one place cause the units to get fucked up blocking each other. Forest comes to mind.....

Do you think it will make much difference considering the spawn point is still very close to the road?

If your reluctant to move the spawn, just create a small side road with the road cover properties connecting to the main road so fast moving is still possible from that spawn.

I created a SGA following these instructions:

I then moved the SGA into my EIR Archives folder. I launch EIR, but I can not see the map.

WTF!!
