What do you mean by doctrine file
You can just look in the launcher doctrine preview screen for an overview of all doctrines. We used to have some excel sheets but I'm afraid theyre all outdated.

Garands work, smoke on paradrop will work with the next patch. |

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
