with 40 range and 4 speed its hard to use offensively off roads.

The only valid point you have there is the accuracy whilst moving, the Tiger's speed is more than capable of performing any task it needs to do, it just makes it extremely micro intensive due to having to choose between moving or shooting. It *Can* do stop-start kiting, but at the moment it requires heavy levels of micro.
The range increase allowed it to take on units it shouldn't be able to consistently (Notably US TD's), and any other AT assets already outranged it. It also made it pretty much immune to HHAT - Even without the speed a 45 range Tiger would still comfortably shit on any form of HHAT due to having enough speed to kite (Yes, 4 is enough when infantry run at 3, and the absence of readily available fire-up makes sprinting infantry much rarer for offensive options). There's literally no risk involved, just nom nom nom to your heart's content.
The Tiger is DESIGNED to take HP loss. That's why it has such a massive pool of it (1200), the option is there to trade HP for the ability to drive up to any single target (That isn't a TD) and wreck it.
It cannot stop a dual M10 rush unless you have massive AT support. lol. A single shreck hovering near the Tiger will shutdown a dual M10 rush as the M10's will need full health on both tanks to pull it off. A single pak will do it, shit, one of anything that'll get through M10 armour (And it doesn't take much) will save your ass.
I'm getting this feeling that people want the Tiger to be a wonder-tank.

But seriously, maybe we should just try changing the moving accuracy and see if makes a good change. We know we can just revert it back if it fails.
