WE are kinda derailed here, but i have to add;

In terms of kills per loss, the Ferdinand/Elefant might well have been the most successful tank destroyer employed during the war, reaching an average ratio of approximately 10:1. This impressive ratio was primarily due to its extreme firepower / protection ratio, which gave it an enormous advantage when used in a defensive role. Its poor mobility and mechanical reliability did not suit its use in an offensive role.

The Elefant was like all the heavy tanks in WW2, moving Typhoon / IL2 targets.

Too big to be considered battle worthy.

How about range of an 88, but half the speed of a Tiger?

Actually it had a longer barrel and shell then the 88 and it coud penetrate evry known tank.
Its Range was exordinary, too.

It also served as base for many modern Arty pieces

Gameplay is the keyword here. I think as a basic stats foundation, its always good to use values of existing CoH units when making new units. Then you can balance on from there.

Get an 88 on wheels, pulled by a donkey?

Cost effective.

I agree with this for the opposite reasons.

After next Retail CoH patch, relic is giving the Pershing more damage and penetration. In RETAIL, upgrading the sherman's 75 mm to the 76 mm AP gun, the pershing gains an additional 35% penetration. EIR has already acknowledged this and plans to implement it

i prefer a vet 2 pershing over ALL other tanks in this mod: i doesnt die, its kills everything and its fast

i hate to play against a pershing caus it really owns you-.-

a single pershing can also not be killed by a panther...so dont make it cheaper

HVAP is the stat entry for the Pershing gun upgrade.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

CoHStats covers vCoH pretty much.
