Panthers a pretty overpriced tank anyways, if you can get one to vet 3, by all means it should be good.

Oh well. Guess only 20/20 vision tank gunners are accepted into the Panzer Elite. The myopic guys get shunted into Wehrmacht. Well Wehr has the Tiger Ace. Iffy iffy.

pene increase on WePanther looks silly but it makes it better vs pershing and the big engineering tanks. then it gets a speed bonus plus received penetration bonus at vet 3 and speed, so then its just nasty....i'd hate to see a vetted wehr panther in the hands of someone who can really micro.

With the new PE Panther you will benefit extremely well from a forward positioned Kettenkrad. Might as well call out the Vet PE Panther and Ket in the same call-in.

i just played against one yesterday but yea, i've seen quite a few actually. i think we'll see more with the bonuses as people start putting it into pe fuel.

You are giving a tank that is faster, nimbler, and better-armored than any tank out there (with the exception of the M10) enough range to kite a Firefly. Besides the other bonuses added on top of that...I can't see the reasoning behind this at all.
Vet sure as hell should not balance flawed costs, not to that extent.

5% on a item that has HUGE stats is pretty even with 10-15% on something that has smaller stats, tiger ace got a PP cost increase as well on its base cost.
