tbh AB should be able to buy the Carbines that they modified in real life:
They sheared down the firing pin so it would fire all 8 rounds in one burst. Would be pretty cool.

you are confused, let me hit you with some reality.

they seared off the pins on the garands, which fired 8 rounds, i dont know if youd want to fire all 8 at once though.

the carbines they use now is based off a weapon that was semi automatic and had a 15 round clip usually. then the weapon that myth is talking about is an updated version of what they use, which had a 30 round clip and was full auto.

why stand still in cover when youre even more accurate then that when you lolcharge your opponent?

Because you are not. With support training you suffer from 0.75 movement accuracy still. When you are standing in cover you do not suffer from this penalty, and become more accurate ontop of that if you are in cover and have steady sights.

The role of AB riflemen is to perform the AI currently. IF this upgrade was to be introduced it should be put on AB riflemen if anything because then you'd have overlapping roles.

I think his point is :

Why does this ability at the same tier is a better boost to accuracy no matter where you are, than this ability that only applies in cover?

EXACTLY.

You failed to read my post, nice going. Btw, thx for ripping off my idea too xD i was the first one to suggest it on the forums. Lmao. Fail...

I meant for the GArand upgrade to be available to Riflemen, not a doctrine specific. It would take the place of a single buffed BAR w.o SF, since that's what people have been asking for.

To be fair, I'd like to see the Carbines on Airborne become useful, and have Airborne Riflemen phased out altogether... After all, aren't Airborne just well trained Riflemen that drop from the sky in the first place?

LMG's for Airborne is pretty silly due to their aggressive nature (Moving accuracy takes my attention) so really they should just get the BAR's that Rifles get now, which are two plain ones without SF.

I always took Airborne to be the quick hard hitting raiders that sweep in fast then GTFO. I only really get that feeling with RR's in all fairness.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Hicks is 100% correct. Something in likeness to Band of Brothers esqe stuff; time for a quote:

"Well. We're setting out at 0500. We may be attacking a weaker force. Possibly more Paratroopers."

"Aw, God, we know how they can be."

"Yep. Fire and maneuver, that's the name of the game, fire and maneuver." - Harry Welsh & Winters.

ATM its "Blob RRs and camp with LMGs, negating AB armor".

The thing that strikes me as most needing of a rework is the veterancy system. As of now there is nothing preventing a company comprised of veterans from being able to deploy the same number of units than a standard company. Veterans should have some sort of small added cost to them.

In return, of course, there would need to be some infrastructural changes, such as having veteran units be "deactivated" upon in-game death, and have them reactivate after a few games played, similar to the system from Shogun 2. Perhaps this could be facilitated by adding in a deactivated unit zone in the launcher GUI.

Joking Right? So my Vet 3 Kt that can get circled strafed by ONE m10 should cost me ALL of my fuel? Or should i have 400mp Vet 3 rifleman. Or Wait wait wait, even better. 200 Munition Bars on Vet 3 rifles. OR 50 pool cost on vet 3 Falls Epic  Cool

seriously man, they JUST REMADE the whole vetertance system and your suggestion they put in an entirely new system?
